
Front view after the transplant failed

This is a side view of the transplant after it failed (which is why it is black)

This is after the second surgery. Kyle's thumb and forefinger are attached to promote blood supply, they used the tissue from the top of his hand to help cover the thumb since all of the black tissue from the previous picture was discarded.


The cake that one of our friends made Kyle as a joke to help cheer him up.

Our nephew Wyatt was very interested in Uncle Kyle's hand.
